The living room is spacious with an open kitchen. Underfloor heating throughout. A 9.5 m² balcony looks onto a private garden with a large tree that is visible from most of the apartment.
It sits in a quiet courtyard next to Kultuurikatel, a short walk from the ferry terminals, Old Town, Telliskivi and the Seaplane Harbour.

The place is exactly as shown. Coffee, salt, pepper, soap and all necessities are provided. A very good supermarket is a short walk. The property is between the port and one of the nicest entrances into Tallinn old town. It should be noted there is a large public parking opposite the entrance, but so is a lovely old factory chimney, so the view is a mix of beauty and function. We used both bedrooms and the space felt very roomy. I would absolutely stay here again.

An absolutely stunning home away from home, entirely comfortable and even more beautiful than the already-beautiful photos. The hosts were wonderful, swift to reply, able to help us with a small request very fast. This gem of a place is a handful of minutes on foot away from the old town and another handful of minutes away from the sea, with amazing restaurants, cafes, shops, a mini market closeby. I particularly enjoyed the wonderfully welcoming large balcony overlooking a private small garden with some child equipment on the ground floor and a magnificent large tree visible from practically the whole apartment. Heated floors in the bathroom were nice too, the place was equipped to perfection. The building is elegant and the area very safe. The beds extremely comfortable, beautiful kitchen including even coffee capsules, cereals, teas. I’m looking forward to returning to Tallinn to make more family members discover this lovely capital

We had a great time at Kerli’s apartment. It is ideally located, just a 5-minute walk from the entrance to the old town and 2 minutes from the cultural center. The apartment was spotless, in perfect condition, and tastefully decorated. The small terrace is also very nice. We felt really good there and would recommend this listing without hesitation!
